It means, you should stop the vehicle and proceed if safe.

Jaywalking

Don't cross in running traffic.

Headlights

When dirving on a well-lit road at night, must always use low beam.

School

Slow down when you see the traffic sign.

Pedestrians

In a road without footpath, walk on the right side of the road.

Avoid Honking

Noise pollution results in disturbing mental balance and concentration of the driver.

Dont Horn

It may disturb the students who are studying.

Overtaking

Do not blow horn while overtaking a vehicle near a hospital.

Footpath

Do not park vehicles on it.

Reversing

Must not reverse your vehicle on a busy road and on a one-way road.

U-Turns

U-turn should not be taken on a busy road.

Parking

Do not park your vehicle at the entrance of any hospital.

Drive slowly when you watch students crossing the road.

Yellow line

Any vehicle should not touch or cross a continuous yellow line.

It is there for pedestrians to cross the road.
